June 1, 2020: Has been deprecated by the official MX 19.2 AHS release. When enough updates accumulate, I'll upload a refreshed version.
May 7, 2020: Update 4 with backported 5.6.7 kernel from Sid, and all packages updated as of May 5th.
April 1, 2020: Update 3 with a new 5.5.13-2 kernel backported from Sid to fix some security issue. New firmware reported to get Navi and Vega 20 AMD GPUs to work, too.
March 31, 2020: New version with the backported Debian 5.5.13 kernel and Virtual Box 6.14 guest packages that kernel requires. New md5 and sha512 files also uploaded. Note that the 5.5 kernel requires nvidia-driver from backports or the MX test repo, as the standard Buster version won't build against it--if you use that driver, of course. The 390xx legacy Nvidia driver in the test repo is also necessary if you use that version.
March 28, 2020: Updated with the AHS "Advanced Hard Support" packages, as well as a backported 5.4.19 kernel (5.4.0-3 ABI), Mesa 19.3.3, amdgpu and intel video drivers, and newer firmware than even Debian Sid has at this time, hopefully to support bleeding-edge new hardware. The firmware is the "linux-firmware" package, ported over from Ubuntu Focal.
Edit: This successfully runs on at least three Intel tenth-generation laptops that failed to get to a GUI with the standard MX 19, according to feedback I'm getting. Also getting reports that newer AMD GPUS work, such as 5700 XT.
